Traveling to FIBO Fitness Show in Germany

Huge booths FIBO

Interesting day for the Fitter team going to Germany!  Arysta, Marquess and myself are off to FIBO via Chicago where I write this blog from.  It is a very uncrowded place today as it seems we are some of the very few people trying to get into the air travel chaos of Europe.  For us the brave or crazy travelers, we simply want to get to our booth at the biggest and best fitness show on earth.  I exhibited at FIBO in the early 1990’s and found it to be interesting and beneficial.  I walked the show last year and it is in my experience, unconditionally the biggest and most diverse show I have ever seen.   It has it all from group  x  and clubs, to body builders and pole dancers.

As we wait in Chicago for our flight, Arysta took me through a nice little floor workout doing core engagement exercise.  It felt great and then she and Marquess carried on to a TravelRoller workout and I went for an airport walk (My arm is in a brace from my hand operation so rolling is a little difficult for the next 8 weeks). During long flights it is great to get a chance to move around and stretch out.  Thanks for the encouragement Arysta as I needed it after the first 3 hour flight.  Next 8 hours to Dusseldorf then train to Essen to set up our booth.  Wish us luck on this trip and I will blog on our findings from the show.
